Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of the ChatGPT Ads for Beginners course ("the Course") from Daidu.ai Academy, operated by Daidu Inc..

All Sales Are Final

The Course is a digital product delivered as instant, self-paced online access. Because access to the course materials, video content and downloadable ebook/guide is granted immediately upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of how much of the course has been viewed or completed.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are not entitled to a refund, credit or exchange for any reason once payment is completed and access is granted.
• This applies whether you have started, partially completed, or not yet accessed the course.
• Choosing not to use the course, changing your mind, or finding the content unsuitable for your needs does not qualify for a refund.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error - for example, a duplicate charge for the same purchase, or an incorrect amount - contact us at info@daidu.ai with your payment receipt. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors; this is separate from, and not an exception to, the no-refund policy above.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in the immediate suspension of your course access while the matter is investigated.

Course Availability and Updates

ChatGPT Ads is an evolving platform. While we keep the course content reviewed and dated, changes to the ChatGPT Ads platform after your purchase do not entitle you to a refund.
